Meet the Team
Tanita
Senior Manager
Tanita joined the team in 2010 and has worked her way to a Level 5 and is our highly regarded Senior Manager, Senco & Designated Safeguarding Officer.
Bryony
Bryony is our business support manager and has been with us for over 10 years as Nursery Nurse, Supervisor & Manager but now works mainly in an HR & general admin role.
Demi
Demi is a Level 3 Early Educator and the newly appointed Deputy Manager who will be taking on more responsibility as she gets into her new role ; she's a much loved, valued & hard working member of the team!
Bryony
Bryony started life at Ladybirds as a Level 2 practitioner doing her Level 3. Since qualifying, she is now a room leader of the Bumblebee room. She has been with us since June 2019 and is a hard working & dedicated member of the team.
Khyley
A dedicated & caring Level 3, Khyley joined us in March 2018 and is a much valued member of the team.
Her current hobby is power lifting so if you see her in the future Olympic Games, it all started here!
Jess
Jess, Level 3, has been with us since June 2019 and is a hard-working, much valued member of the team. She works really well in the pre-school room helping children achieve their best. Jess is currently on maternity leave.
Courtney
A Level 2 nursery assistant, Courtney joined us as an apprentice in 2016 and is a vital part of the team; hard-working, conscientious and fun!
Mollie
Mollie has completed her apprenticeship with flying colours and is now a qualified Level 3 Early Educator. We love her and, more importantly, the children love her for her sense of fun and caring nature.
Erin
Erin joined us in February 2023 and has a degree in PE, Sport & Health; wishing to start her career in Early Years helping children achieve a healthy lifestyle with lots of fun activities promoting movement & daily exercise. Erin has also decided to study towards her Level 3. She is a fun, enthusiastic and helpful member of the team.
Jo
Jo has worked for Ladybirds since 2016 but after a short career break, she is now glad to be back...and we are glad to have her back! Jo is a very committed and experienced Level 2, with a lovely calming nature.
Jessica
Jess is another returning Ladybird and we are really glad to have her back! She is a Level 3 practitioner and is based mainly in the pre-school room.
Esther
Esther joined Ladybirds in October 2023 as a Level 3 Early Educator. The children just love her fantastic story telling and playful nature!
Kirsty
Kirsty joined us in July 2023 as a nursery assistant, to follow her dream of working with children. She is based mainly in the baby room and is a real asset to the team!
Emily
Emily has been with us for a while now, completing her T Levels as a Level 3 Early Educator here on a student placement and we loved her so much she started working as soon as she qualified!
Abigail
Abi is a Level 3 Early Educator and joined us in November 2023.
She is getting lots of experience in all rooms and is a much-valued member of the team.
Mia
Mia is now a qualified Level 3 Early Educator. She works hard for all the children in the setting and is gaining experience in all rooms but is mainly based in the Bumblebee room.
Finleigh
Finleigh is just starting on her childcare career with Ladybirds, embarking on a Level 3 Early Educator Apprenticeship. She has lots of experience with younger children and is a welcome addition to the team.
Roxanne
Roxanne has just joined the team as an apprentice but has lots of experience with younger children. She is based mainly in the pre-school room and has settled in really well!
Libby
Libby joined us earlier in the year as a Level 3 Apprentice and is on track to complete her course with flying colours! She is a lovely addition to the team and all the children love her caring nature.
Glynis
Glynis has been with Ladybirds since December 2017 and has now taken on the role of cook, along with her office duties but now deals mainly with the finance side of admin!
