Bryony
Bryony is our business support manager and has been with us for over 10 years as Nursery Nurse, Supervisor & Manager but now works mainly in an HR role.
Tanita
Senior Manager
Tanita joined the team in 2010 and has worked her way to a Level 5 and is our highly regarded Senior Manager, Senco & Designated Safeguarding Officer.
Khyley
A dedicated & caring Level 3 room leader, Khyley joined us in March 2018 and is a much valued member of the Senior Management Team.
Her current hobby is power lifting so if you see her in the future Olympic Games, it all started here!
Bryony
Bryony started life at Ladybirds as a Level 2 practitioner doing her Level 3. Since qualifying, she is now a room leader of the pre-school room. She has been with us since June 2019 and is a hard working & dedicated member of the team.
Jess
Jess, Level 3, has been with us since June 2019 and is a hard-working, much valued member of the team. She works really well in the pre-school room helping children achieve their best. Jess is currently on maternity leave.
Chantelle
Deputy Manager
Chantelle is a highly experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse who joined us in June 2022. She works all across the setting, helping all staff and children unlock their potential and is a much valued member of the Ladybirds Team.
Courtney
A Level 2 nursery assistant, Courtney joined us as an apprentice in 2016 and is a vital part of the team; hard-working, conscientious and fun!
Jacqui
Affectionately known as 'Nanna Jac', she has been with us since 2018 and comes with Montessori experience. Jacqui is a much-loved, dedicated & experienced member of the team, showing kindness, patience and compassion for all.
Mollie
Mollie has completed her apprenticeship with flying colours and is now a qualified Level 3 Early Educator. We love her and, more importantly, the children love her for her sense of fun and caring nature.
Glynis
Glynis has been with Ladybirds since December 2017 and works in the office happily dealing with queries & all things admin!
Demi
Demi has been with us only a short while but seems like she's been here forever! She is an apprentice Level 3 Early Educator; she's also a whirlwind and a much loved & hard working member of the team!
Erin
Erin joined us in February 2023 and has a degree in PE, Sport & Health; wishing to start her career in Early Years helping children achieve a healthy lifestyle with lots of fun activities promoting movement & daily exercise. She is a fun, enthusiastic and helpful member of the team.
Jo
Jo has worked for Ladybirds since 2016 but after a short career break, she is now glad to be back...and we are glad to have her back! Jo is a very committed and experienced Level 2, with a lovely calming nature.
Kirsty
Kirsty has almost finished her Early Educator course, so when complete, she will be a Level 3.
Kirsty is new to the team but has already found her feet both with the team and all the children!
Mia
Mia is a Level 3 Early Educator Apprentice, hoping to qualify very soon! She is one of the youngest members of the team and works hard for all the children in the setting.
Finleigh
Finleigh is just starting on her childcare career with Ladybirds, embarking on a Level 3 Early Educator Apprenticeship. She has lots of experience with younger children and is a welcome addition to the team.
Roxanne
Roxanne has just joined the team as an apprentice but has lots of experience with younger children. She is based mainly in the pre-school room and has settled in really well!
Jessica
Jess is another returning Ladybird and we are really glad to have her back! She is a Level 3 practitioner and is based in our lovely baby room.
